March 2020. Customer safety is extremely important to Wild Atlantic Music Tours and we aim to ensure maximum health and safety when you travel with us. However, it is understandable that you will have concerns regarding the health risks associated with the outbreak of COVID-19. We are monitoring the situation very closely and following the advice of the WHO, Irish Government and Irish Heath Authorities.

2020 Tour Updates :

  • Socks In The Frying Pan April. Tour postponed. All tour participants contacted individually on March 13 with various options.
  • Eileen Ivers April. Tour postponed. All tour participants contacted individually on March 13 with various options.
  • Kevin Crawford April. Tour postponed. All tour participants contacted individually on March 17 with various options.
  • John Whelan May. Tour postponed. All tour participants contacted individually on March 16 with various options.
  • Eileen Ivers June. Tour postponed. All tour participants contacted individually on March 20 with various options.
  • All tours beyond June. We will continue to monitor the situation.

As of today .. the situation and facts are as follows :

  • It has reached our shores (inevitable with Global Travel these days) and we are following all the guidelines issued by our Government (hse.ie/eng/).. The following restrictions were issued by our Government on March 12 and updated on March 24 ;
    • The Irish Government advised the closure of schools, colleges, creches, cultural and tourism centres and non-essential outlets.  The restrictions will stay in place until Sunday 19 April.
  • Countries affected by the USA travel restrictions?  The original USA travel restrictions affected all countries in the Schengen area. They are: Austria, Belgium, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Iceland, Italy, Latvia, Liechtenstein, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, and Switzerland. Ireland and UK added to list on March 14.
  • Please consult your respective USA or Canadian Government Agencies for all travel advice.
  • The total number of confirmed cases in Ireland is now 2,910.
