Transportation
We carefully plan and organise all your travel arrangements, guaranteeing you a seamless and hassle free journey. You will be accompanied at all times by a WAMT director, an Irish musician and expert tour guide / driver on all our luxury coaches.
Sightseeing
No trip to Ireland would be complete without seeing some of the most beautiful scenery on the planet. Thankfully you are spoiled for choice on the Wild Atlantic Way … Skellig Michael, The Cliffs of Moher and Mizen Head are just a few of the countless attractions you will encounter on the longest defined coastal drive in the world.
Music Tours Information
All WAMT tours typically run for 7 nights (unless stated otherwise on itinerary). We look to limit the time on the bus and fill each day with a mix of culture, sightseeing …. and ‘ceol agus craic’. At the very heart of all of our tours are the tour musicians and their music. Tour musicians will accompany the group throughout the tour and often bring their musical instruments for an occasional tune or song along the way. More often than not, we will fit in a music session at lunchtime.
The highlight of each day will be a private evening music session where the tour leader will introduce the group to friends and musicians who will share stories and perform their music. These sessions are designed to finish early enough to enable tour participants to go explore and enjoy further trad sessions in the local areas from 9 pm onwards. The tour groups are limited to 1 coach / bus to ensure the sessions are intimate and informal. The tours are very relaxed and flexible.
